6-301.11 Provide soap for handwashing at each handsink. -Pf ***Observed one of the hand sink without soap in a dishwasher. CDI- PIC provides a pump soap at the time of inspection. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at anytime.

4-302.12 Provide an accessible thermometer for use. Provide a thin probe thermometer for accurate measure of thin foods.-Pf . ** Observed the facility without a thin probe thermometer. CDI- PIC went out and brought the thermometer and have it available at the time of inspection.

4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. ***Observed soiled or rusted microwave, need cleaning, repairing or replacing a new microwave.

3-501.17 (A) or (B) Date mark/label all TCS foods that are ready-to-eat once opened or prepared and are to be held for more than 24 hours. -Pf. Establish a date marking system consistent with 3-501.17 (A) or (B). Additional date marking system options are found in 3-501.17 (D). Observed cooked spaghetti and cooked chicken with no dates in RIC. PIC stated they were cooked yesterday. CDI- dates added. 3-202.15 Food packaging must be in good condition, intact and protect the food inside. Pf - Observed two dented cans on shelf with cans in good condition. Designate area for dented cans and dispose or send back to company for credit. CDI- dented cans voluntarily discarded.
