Wastewater should be discharged into an approved plumbing system. Repair plumbing system to allow for proper disposal of wastewater. REPEAT

Observed debris on vents in bathroom located in rooms 206,207 & 222 . Observed broken dresser drawers in room 206. Observed rip in curtains and hole in chair in room 207. Observed stains on chair, crack in bathroom sink and refrigerator with staining in room 222.
