Observed ice machine with dark buildup in the uppermost part of the chute and minor buildup on the water fountain nozzle next to ice machine. PIC stated that 3rd party maintenance company has access to unlock machine to clean the surface.

Observed minor stains on outermost curtains in rooms 319 and 411. Points deescalated due to improvement in a/c vents and overall furnishings being clean and in good repair.
