Observed loose toilet seat in room 301. Needs to be tightened. **15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair.

Observed ceiling peeling in room 128. Observed touch up paint needed by the toilet in room 301. Observed hole in the wall in the laundry room. **15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.

Observed hole in comforter in room 140. **15A NCAC 18A .1828 (a) Clean bed and bath linen, in good repair, should be provided for each guest.

Observed rubbish stored around the dumpster area. Needs to be cleaned. **5-502.11 Refuse, recyclables and returnables shall be removed from the premises at a frequency that will minimize the development of objectionable odors and other conditions that attract or harbor insects and rodents.

15A NCAC 18A .1824(e ) Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be clean. Observed microwave with food debris accumulation in rooms 303-309.

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed headboards with rips, tears, and damaged in rooms 305-309. Observed top of night stand with chips along edges in room 307.

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (g) Perimeter walls and roofs shall protect the lodging establishment from the weather, and the entry of insects, rodents, and other pests. Observed a vent hole uncovered on the ceiling of laundry room needing to be covered.

15A NCAC 18A .1828 (a) Clean bed and bath linen, in good repair, should be provided for each guest. Observed dark stains on mattress cover in rooms 304, 305, and 308. Observed dark stains on shower curtains in room 304 and 305.

15A NCAC 18A .1828( c) Clean linen and supplies shall be stored in cabinets, or on shelves in linen and supply storage rooms. Observed clean linen stored on unfinished wood shelving in laundry room.

5-501.15 Maintain refuse, recyclables, and returnables receptacles with tight-fitting lids, doors, or covers. Observed doors of receptacles opened while not being used. 15A NCAC 18A .1825( e) All refuse shall be collected and stored in covered receptacles. Refuse receptacles shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed refuse being kept outside of receptacle.

15A NCAC 18A .1824(e ) Nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment shall be clean. Observed microwave and fridge with buildup in room 335.

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed brown stains on curtains and red stains mattress in room 130. Observed dark stains on seat of chair and red stains on mattress in room 335 and holes on curtains with red stains towards the bottom of the curtains in room 238.

15A NCAC 18A .1828 (a) Clean bed and bath linen, in good repair, should be provided for each guest. Observed dark brown stains on bedding of mattress protector and a hand towel in room 130. Observed red stains on linens in room 335.

15A NCAC 18A .1828( c) Clean linen and supplies shall be stored in cabinets, or on shelves in linen and supply storage rooms. Observed clean linen stored on unfinished wood shelving in laundry room and clean linen stored in boxes on floor in adjacent room used for linen and mattress storage.
