15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. Observed no paper towels at handsink in laundry room. Needs paper towels.

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed peeling upholstery on chairs in room 115 and 108. Needs repair/replacement. REPEAT VIOLATION.

Observed stained or missing ceiling tiles throughout facility hall ways and in storage/ice machine/ laundry chute rooms. Observed damaged floor tiles in ice machine/vending areas. Observed hallway wall paper peeling outside laundry room. REPEAT VIOLATION.

REPEAT

Observed carpet fraying near the bathroom in room 316. Observed ceiling leaking in the storage room on the 3rd floor. Observed water stained ceiling tiles on 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. Observed floor tile cracked near ice machine on 4th floor. Observed baseboard missing in storage closet. Observed floor tile cracked in linen closet.
