- Observed damage wall in linen chute room 3rd floor need repair.
- Observed mildew growth on AC vent on a wall leading to maintenance room. Cleaning needed, keep clean.

15A NCAC 18A .1828 (d) Items on housekeeping carts shall be arranged in a manner to prevent cross-contamination between soiled and cleaned items.- Observed the brooms on housekeeping carts need to be faced down, not hanging up dust to contaminate clean items on the carts. Keep dirty and clean items clearly separate from each other at anytime.

Observed no soap or paper towels at laundry room hand sink. Ensure that soap and a hand drying device are always available.
