REPEAT 15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.- Observed hand sink in the staff/laundry room without paper towels and soap for hand drying. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at all hand sinks at all times. -1 pts-

General Comment: 15A NCAC 18A .1827(g) A storage area shall be provided for building and ground maintenance tools and supplies and stored in a manner to aoid contamination of food and food contact surfaces, linen, and single-use articles.- Observed boxes of supply (tissue, comforters) stored on the floor closet 5ft floor. Keep/ store all supplies off the floor at least 6 inches at anytime. -0 pts-

REPEAT 15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair.- Observed disrepair light bulbs in room 216, 102. Observed broken AC filter on the hallway 7th floor. Observed soiled/stained on pullout sofa bed in room 701, 716, 209. Observed broken wheel on office chair in room 607. Observed dust and debris inside drawers in room 518. Cleaning, repairing, replacing needed where is applicable. Keep clean and good repair.

General Comment: 5-501.111 Storage areas, enclosures, and receptacles for refuse, recyclables, and returnables shall be maintained in good repair.- Observed dumpster seems to be missing the lids. Trash was piling high on top. Ensure a good repair dumpster has lids, drain plug and door closed when not in use.

Observed missing AC filter on the hallway by room 710, 610, 605. Observed cracked bathtub in room 308. Need repair or replacement.
