15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures.
- Observed no paper towels available in the dispenser at hand sink in laundry room. Ensure to provide and make available all hand washing supplies at the hand sink at all times.

- Observed holes on doors several rooms due to lock changing in progress. Damaged ceiling in room 215. Damaged wall and door frame several rooms throughout the building. Damaged window’s screen from the outside view. Repair needed. Keep entire building in good repair.

- Observed trash and debris around dumpster area/floor. Keep clean and clear space to prevent rodents.
