15A NCAC 18A .1824(b) Equipment and utensils shall be kept clean and in good repair. ***Observed rusted microwave need repair or replace in room 327, 134, 216.

15A NCAC 18A .1826(a) Handwashing sinks as required in Rule .1825 in this section shall be supplied with hand soap, and either individual, disposable towels; a continuous towel system that supplies the user with a clean towel; a heated-air hand drying device; or a hand drying device that employs an air-knife system that delivers high velocity, pressurized air at ambient temperatures. *** Observed no paper towels available at hand washing sink in laundry room. Ensure to provide all hand washing supplies at the hand sink at anytime.

15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. ***Observed in 216, damage chair, kitchen shelf and baseboard along side wall near AC unit need repair. Damaged kitchen shelf and baseboard in room 134. Stained lampshade in 324 need cleaning or replace. Disrepair lightbulb need replace in room 324, 227, 216, 240. Ensure to keep all fixtures in guest room clean and good repair.

15A NCAC 18A .1828 (e ) Carts used for soiled laundry shall be labeled or identified for soiled laundry use only. ***Observed Linen carts in laundry room especially the dirty carts need labeled.
