15A NCAC 18A .1024 (2) The walls of all rooms shall be kept clean and in good repair. All walls and ceilings in rooms used for the handling, storage and preparation of food; rooms in which utensils or equipment are washed; dressing or locker rooms; toilet rooms and bath rooms shall be easily cleanable and light colored; and walls shall have washable surfaces to the highest level reached by splash or spray in rooms or areas where such occur.
Observed damaged or stained ceiling tiles in Rooms 29, 30, and 21. Needs repair.

Observed chemicals stored unlocked in room 21. Observed a small trash bin of chemicals or chemical containers in boys bathroom shower area. Needs to be stored inaccessible to children to minimize health hazards.
