be provided to carry out all operations. Hot water shall be provided at temperatures between 105 degrees Fahrenheit and 116 degrees Fahrenheit at handwashing and bathing facilities.
Observed hot water only reaching 92F. Needs to be 105-116F. No points deducted as item is part of new rule updates.

All perishable foods shall be stored at such temperatures as will protect against spoilage. All potentially hazardous food shall be maintained at safe temperatures (45° F. or below, or 140° F. or above) except during necessary periods of preparation and serving. 15A NCAC 18A .1620 (a). Observed milk, eggs stored in mini-fridge > 45F. Food items discarded voluntarily by operator.
Operator will be purchasing a new refrigerator. Follow up will be made by MCHD.
