Observed drinking fountain with low water pressure in G Bldg on 2nd floor. **Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b).

Observed sink starting to separate from wall in boys upstairs A hall bathroom. Needs caulking.

Observed damage from leaks in ceiling in Auxillary gym locker rooms and female office bathroom. Observed missing ceiling tiles in A boys upstairs bathroom and C boys bathroom. Needs to be repaired. REPEAT.

Observed broken floor tiles in pipe exposed in large gap in wall in girls trailer bathroom. Observed tiles pulled up in boys trailer bathroom. (Custodian has placed work orders for both prior to inspection). Drinking fountains shall be provided with adequate water pressure and be properly regulated (i.e. water pressure should be regulated so that an individual’s mouth does not come in contact with the nozzle and so that the water does not splash on the floor). 15A NCAC 18A 2406 (b). Observed low water pressure in drinking fountains in ROTC hall and cafeteria. Need pressure increased.
