Inspector comments: General comment: All windows and fixtures (grills, vents, blinds, drapes, lighting fixtures, etc.) shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2412 (b). Observed one loose light shield in computer room on the 2nd floor. Observed blinds in room B221 in need of repair/replacement.
General comment: Pesticides and other toxic materials shall be used as directed on the label and handled and stored as to avoid health hazards. 15A NCAC 18A .2415 (b). Observed Lysol spray/disinfectant labeled “keep out of reach of children” stored within reach of children in rooms A115, A215, science room, B202, and B100. Ensure pesticides and other toxic chemicals are stored properly to avoid health hazards.

Observed multiple water fountains throughout facility missing push buttons. Observed leaking water fountains on A hall 1st floor. Repair.
General Comment: Observed one water fountain near main office with too high of water pressure. Regulate water pressure so that water does not splash on the floor.
