REPEAT Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed 2 disrepair water fountain on 1st floor. 2 disrepair fountains in the gym. Repair needed, and keep all water fountains in good repair. Observed soiled water fountains in the gym need cleaning and keep clean.

REPEAT Fixtures shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2409 (b).- Observed all hand sink throughout the building need caulking and keep in good repair. Observed 1 disrepair toilets in girls restroom second floor need repair. Observed spring loaded faucet in boy restroom run less 1 second 1st floor, timer need to be adjusted to allow proper hand washing.

Check for leaks and repair if needed. Replace the ceiling tiles. Keep clean. Observed damaged baseboards and wall in boy restrooms second floor need repair. Observed damaged wall on both side of the stairwell need repair. Observed damaged wall in boy restroom in the gym need repair. Keep all wall and ceiling clean and in good repair.

Observed water damage on ceiling tiles inside bathrooms in the gym, several spot in classrooms, stairway hallway. Observed damage wall in boy restroom in the gym. Water pressure adjustment needed. Drinking fountains shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2406 (b).- Observed soiled water fountains throughout the school. Detail cleaning needed all around spouts, crevices, surfaces. Keep clean. -Observed disrepair fountains in the gym, and hall way. Repair/replace needed. Points remain the same at this time.
