Sign for emergency phone shall display “510 W Tremont Ave, Charlotte NC”. Signage is missing “Ave” in address. Establishment must correct signage within 30 days.
Emergency phone dispatcher volume low. Ensure dispatcher is received loud and clear in case of an emergency.
Establishment not approved for night swimming.

*Observed - Skimmer casing unsecure to skimmer foundation. PIC will secure casing using stainless screws.

*Observed - Main Gate Furthest from restrooms unable to self latch during time of inspection. *CDI - PIC corrected self latching gate.
.2528(a) Gate latches located at less than 54" shall require the use of key, combination lock or card reader or be located on the inside of the gate at least three inches below the top of the gate with no greater than 1/2" within 18" of latch mechanism.
*Observed - .75” gap between post and gate within 18” of latching mechanism.

Inspector comments: Construction inspection conducted with Patrick and Mike, Northwood Ravin; and Chris and Luis, Waterworks Atlanta.
Construction final passed. All EHS holds released.
Pool permit inspection conducted with CPO Naquan Brown.
Permit condition that facility have a portable vacuum on site to vacuum the pool. Will follow up within one week to verify portable vacuum is on site.
One eyeball fitting at pool bench not fully installed. Will follow up within one week to verify eyeball fitting is fully installed.
New safety signs with WARNING NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY in just less than 4”. - Ensure in 4” lettering or more for 2027 pool season.
“ADULTS SHOULD NOT SWIM ALONE”, and “CHILDREN SHOULD NOT USE THE SWIMMING POOL WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION” in just less than 1” lettering. - Ensure in 1” lettering or more for 2027 pool season.
Furniture not yet in place. Ensure at least 6 feet of clear walkway around the pool once furniture is in place.
Fan for pump room/chemical storage room off at the beginning of the inspection. Fan very loud. Ensure fan is functioning properly.
