NOTE: Observed PDSC paperwork indicate Lawson drain covers installed. Actual drain covers installed are Waterway covers. No suction hazard due to flow ratings. Submit new PDSC paperwork within 1 week or permit may be suspended.

Inspector comments: Onsite visit with Andrew Jones from Hot Springs for return construction. All items corrected from previous visit except for emergency phone. Pool cannot be assigned individual address due to mailing address. Leasing office address is 10731 Surrey Green Ln, Matthews, NC. Pool phone is listing 10731 Surrey Green Ln. with 911. Phone shall be designated as "pool phone" if address is not 10735 Surrey Green Ln. 911 should be able to verify that phone is identified as pool phone. Given 30 days to correct with 911/Spectrum. Temporary signage added with 10731 Surrey Green Ln. If not corrected within 30 days, the permit will be suspended.
Note: Barrier by pump room. Temporary fencing added on top of barrier near handrail. Per State, handrail is not affixed to the barrier and required per ADA so approved. Facility will install permanent replacement of taller fence. Backorder due to Covid. When installed, ensure meeting .2528.
Construction final passed with restriction above.
Permit issued for no night swimming. A follow-up inspection will be conducted by the assigned inspector within 2 weeks.
Note: Facility provided signage does not meet code requirements. Missing No Glass and shower signage. If generic signage removed, pool signage must meet code requirements.
