PERMIT RESTRICTION: 1) FILTRATION FLOW METER MUST REMAIN OPERABLE. FILTRATION PUMP REQUIRED AT 66 GPM TO 138 GPM TO MEET TURNOVER AND FLOW RESTRICTION OF THE SUCTION LINES. fILTRATION PUMP SHALL NOT EXCEED 265 GPM. SUCTION HAZARD. BOTH PUMPS PULL THROUGH SAME SET OF DRAINS.
NO NIGHT SWIMMING.

Observed 3 rows of chaise lounge chairs stored 2-5 ft from perimeter of pool.
CPO corrected during inspection so that there was 6 ft of clear walking space around the pool.

Observed emergency number posted on sign (828-804-7309) was not the number local 911 had on file. Callback number on file is (667-438-7743). EHS dialed given callback number and confirmed it was correct.
CPO had leasing manager create sign with correct phone number to post over the current sign.
