Inspector comments: Inspection conducted with CPO Kelvin. INTENT TO SUSPEND issued today due to the following:
- Observed underwater light niche detached from the wall and floating in the pool water.
Facility has 30 days to be in compliance. Please contact EHS Rusi Woo at 704-430-7960 once ITS item has been repaired.
PERMIT RESTRICTIONS: 1) Flow required at 3450 RPM to meet turnover and flow restrictions of the system - or flow meter must remain operable with flow at 109 gpm to 138 gpm to meet turnover and flow restriction of the suction piping. 2) Salt not approved as primary.
NO NIGHT SWIMMING.
