Inspector comments: Inspection conducted with CPO Jaxon Goldenberg-Sheetz and Johnny Hoffiz. TDH for pump is (0.5x1.13) + (25.5x2.31) = 59.5 or 111 GPM per pump curve. Main drains only capable of handling 119 GPM. TR-140 filter only capable of handling 106 GPM. Since pool was built, facility replaced the filter and the pump. Ensure signage is in place directing bathers to location of restroom entrance and doors to restrooms left unlocked when the office is closed. Facility planning to install keyfob entry on door that opens onto the pool deck from the restrooms. Will need an electrical permit for any electrical work done. Key fobs for gates and door need to be on a battery backup system or fail closed in the event of a power outage.
