Permit restriction: Pressure and vacuum gauges must remain operable. Pump flow must be at least 50 GPM for turnover and cannot exceed 300 GPM for number of returns. Suction hazard at 525 gpm.

Inspection with Mercier Loupesi
Discussed possibility of removing fencing and gate at front of pool, so door onto pool deck from lounge area would be barrier, including door across bridge and into another building. If this change is made, all doors would need to meet compliance of self-closing, self-latching or alarmed. Submit general in-field plan review application to Health Dept. Inspector comments: Inspection completed with Mercier Loupesi and Bryson Whisnant present.
Permit conditions - pressure and vacuum gauges must remain in place and functioning. VFD required at 60 hz for measurement. Calculated TDH shall not be less than 65’ so not to exceed 300gpm on curve. Flow range required at 50 GPM to 300GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of number of returns. Flow greater than 525 gpm exceeds the main drains. Suction hazard.
Note- some rust on handrails that lead into pool deck where railing meets water.
Fence and gate near clubhouse area with gap underneath at 4 inches. The clubhouse door and outer building perimeter will be considered as the pool barrier.
